Bar of Soap

Role: Art director, designer, copywriter, photographer

Simplicity is the essence of this brand. It reflects the company's commitment to transparency and honesty in their products. What you see is what you get.

The brand’s personality is clever, relatable and slightly cheeky – inviting customers to value a simpler way of living, that still looks and smells great.

The packaging features clean lines, crisp typography, and a distinctive colour palette. The website is user-friendly and streamlined, so customers can browse through the products effortlessly.

Sun Life

Role: Lead designer

As the Graphic Design Lead on the Sun Life global brand team, I had the opportunity to refine the company's logo as part of a broader brand refresh. The dimension and contours of the sun globe were carefully rendered with the goal of making it sleek and timeless.

I also adapted the logo for the Toronto Raptors jerseys as part of a global partnership and national media campaign. See jersey photo in the Toronto Star article here.

Brand identity for special market

Role: Lead designer, brand guidelines developer

I had the opportunity to develop a set of visual brand standards for a special global market that is unique from the parent brand. It was a cohesive and elegant style guide that introduced rich patterns, colours, type treatments, and textures that resonated with a more affluent target audience.

Logo soup

Whether it's a sleek and modern logo for a corporate client or a playful and whimsical design for a more creative project, I have the versatility to deliver logos that truly stand out.

Here are some extras that show the diverse range of industries I can design for.

Times & Dimes

Role: Concept developer, lead designer

I had the exciting opportunity to brand a financial podcast that aimed to capture the fast pace of modern life. These designs conveyed the energy of news blasts while remaining accessible and relevant to the average listener.

Graphics were developed for an official spotify channel, a social media campaign, and a page on sunlife.ca.

Rainbow Routes

Role: Art director, designer

One of my most memorable freelance projects was a brand identity design for the Rainbow Routes Association in Sudbury Ontario.

The rustic rendering of a footprint won over the council as it captured the idea of getting back to our roots and appreciating our environment.

I have since refined the typography to reflect a more modern style and explored how they could bring this identity to life in their modern materials.
